America as a whole has an insane history on that front. I’ve just listened to the two Origin Stories podcasts on eugenics, and while Hitler lifted whole chunks of US policy etc. when formulating his own re things like the Jews, there were literally parts of it that he noted as “going too far”. If Hitler thinks your eugenics policies have gone too far, yikes.
One of the US’s “leading” eugenicists went to Germany in 1940 to view their eugenics courts. The Nazis were full on gassing folks with things like schizophrenia (which also had Autism lumped in with it at the time), BPD, serious physical disabilities, etc. and that then paved the way for the larger scale use of the gas chambers in the Holocaust. This guy’s conclusion after witnessing the whole process was that the Nazi’s were being too conservative in their approach.
America has such a shitty history on some fronts it beggars belief.

With strikes in Iran, Bahrain, Doha, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Riyadh etc the Nobel peace prize must be nailed on.
They’ll give him the platinum peace prize for ending the war with Iran.

This really is a shocking incident that took place a couple of days ago in Congress. A peaceful protestor, a Marine veteran in uniform, had his arm broken and yet he was arrested and charged:
McGinnis was arrested shortly after his arm broke. Capitol Hill police confirmed via email that McGinnis was “facing three counts of Assault on a Police Officer, as well as three counts of Resisting Arrest, and Crowding, Obstructing, and Incommoding for the unlawful demonstration.”
To add some more context to this article, I heard on the News Agents USA that Senator Sheehy is a former Navy Seal. John Sopel alleged that it was Sheehy who broke McGinnis’ arm.
