Holy shit. US ATC is supposed to be outstanding but I’ve been told that their military don’t work as closely with the ATC as they do in the UK. Suspect this may prove to be pilot or Mil ATC errors

Or if you can bear very, very uncool then Castle Bravo. (You miss one reaction channel in Li-7 and the device yield is three times what you’d planned for. And a lot of people get a lot more radiation than is good for them. Including at least one who dies of it.)
