Yes, the ones we get nearly always are. Often really badly written, meaning sometimes you end up giving them nothing. Or helping them out and giving what they meant to ask for.

A USB Charging Port which was removed by vandals some time in September.
Has previously been repaired with tape due to the sharp edges which passengers are likely to come into contact with.
Apparently it’s OK today though…
