The Allotment has nearly had a clean shave

It’s been too wet today to go out much so here is a chillies update.
36 grams harvested today and 150g + total to date.
The only chilli that has not been harvested from is purple princess which is the big one

Anglia News wanted to interview Erica at the allotments this morning, she managed to duck it. Piece in The Times this morning and ABC News tweeting earlier. Be glad when the world’s media have moved on :smile:

This rose has grown up really lovely from the smallest bit of chopped off 50mm long stem with a single leaf on. According to a label found close by she is a Golden celebration by David Austin
Flabbergasted.

Im really digging (apologies) roses of late.

Been looking at some bare root ones to plant during winter that should bloom next year.

Cuttings are supposed to quite tricky?

We brought back a couple of Blue Agapanthus from the Scilly Isles in 2014. Always nice to see them explode into life each summer.
