So they finally called, said they cleared some errors. Charged it 10% no issue did that 2 more times and have now left it on charge.
That’s a lie. I have the app notifications to show that’s not what happened. Pricks.
Going in tomorrow morning as it’s too late for me to make it back to them before they close.

Did you get your car back yet, was it the update that caused the issues?
It’s seems everyone is saying it’s not them but the other one at fault. It’s bloody annoying tbh and feels like I’m gonna have to really fight to sort it.
Either way the car seems to be fixed and charging

Sadly though it’s proving impossible to prove fault with one company or the other at the moment.
But hey, car is fixed and charging without issue atm and I just got confirmation I’m getting my money back on the charger. So I’m happy, until the car goes all French again

Looks like a loose connection on the supply neutral to me Dom, see it often in electric showers.
Yeah it’s what the electrician said too, crap clip in connectors. But apparently the maker doesn’t have problems with them etc etc it’s the cars fault for trying to pull too much blah blah around in circles.
Either way now I know the money is coming back I won’t be buying the same again.
