The etron is a charging monster.

Considering how shit mine is at charging quickly, the new Ioniq looks decent

That’s well over 200kW, nice

Tesla S wasn’t an option for us at it was decread ugly and unacceptable. We have have no interest in the fanboi yadayada

I Pace was considered, but not big enough and too many Jag reliability questions, especially as we were switching to a 1 car house

So eTron it is, and so far it has been excellent.

To provide context it replaced a BMW X6 Msport, which had replaced a Q7

Watch the party trick it does

Makes the rotating air vents and rising gear selector in my XF look very very amateur😂

Having had a closer look at one within the EV fraternity at the Chester Zoo Pod Point chargers, the Niro really isn’t that big in the boot compared to the Passat fauxfloat.

Meh !

That is total wank.

But but but……

software devs never do pointless shit to avoid testing the boring stuff :unamused:

Brother got his polecat last week, the build quality is very good and holy fuck does it accelerate.

I wouldn’t dream of moving back to a non electric car now tbh. I don’t know any EV driver who would.

Well… I went leaf, to Volvo d5 to Land Rover discovery series 1 to Bmw m3 to Mazda Mx5 to Zoe

Not sure what I want next with the bike as a side distraction. But I would probably keep an electric and have some sort of ridiculously poor mpg car while it’s still possible for fun on the side.

Looks amazing, but it’s a lot for one company to do, software wise

They probably have a team of raspberry pi experts.

These are people who know that if you divide the circumference of a raspberry by it’s diameter you get raspberry pi I presume?
