The Mince Pie Thread

Were the tests unsighted? Did they know the respective prices? Did the testers have an averagely sweet tooth? Were they realistically inebriated for the full xmas day afternoon experience?

Too many variables…

To much "Dusting " going on for my liking,
Always think when you see a lot of dusting, what are they trying to hide.

Gappy lid = Bin. Heston Bluminmental did a tart like effort the other year in a similar design. It was a perversion of pastry.

But, but, but! it’s not a gappy lid. It’s the Christmas star!

I see dusting as the equivalent of using wallpaper, what are you hiding

Raw then or undercooked?

I ran into someone at my café of choice today, so didn’t get a chance to photograph the mince pie. It was OK, but uninspiring, and the toasted ham and cheese sandwich my friend had looked fucking epic, so it was hard to concentrate. Meh.

You should be more careful, were they ok?

No mention of puff pastry, why?

The general wrongness.

By the way, can anyone else not say “Ecclefechan” without breaking into Father Jack?

Was it that girl from Saturday? Still stalking you on Facebook?

It used to be my life goal to meet as many attractive 20 year old black lesbians as I could, but the reality doesn’t quite seem so good.

Neither, you’ll have to trust me on this. The pastry is closer to shortbread consistency, hence v pale.
