I probably will, maybe next week.
My biggest problem in making them is that I would probably have to make a dozen for it to be worthwhile, but then I’d have to give half of them away. I’m not sure they’d keep more than about 24 hours.

You can almost taste the disappointment. The pastry is poor and bordering on underdone on the bottom while being overdone on the side. Filling is teeth-achingly sweet and unpleasantly gritty, as if cornflour was used to thicken the custard.
