Couldn’t find a general TV thread so here goes.
Fresh in the door Philips OLED 950. 65 inch, four sided Ambilight. Really pleased with it so far. Went for Philips as I think the Ambilight feature is brilliant and chose the 950 model as I didn’t really want the 910 model with the B&W soundbar attached as I run everything through my speakers.

I’ve got rear speakers in the walls and in the ceiling too for 5.1.2 Atmos surround sound. Hue lighting as well. I do like a movie as well as music. Multi purpose toy room innit.

Ah, tbh, that’s a lie. I watch some music vids on Youtube; I’d guess ~ an hour’ish a month. Oh, and Glasto.
Edit: thinking about it a bit more, YouTube sort of blurs the boundaries, because I sometimes watch how to do / repair stuff as well.

I got the 55OLED806 about 4yrs ago and it’s been faultless. I did buy the big Sonos ARC soundbar for it but the TV speakers are good enough on their own. The ambilight is really good and in the last place I had it mounted on the wall so you can turn the bottom ambilight off so the LEDs aren’t dazzling right at you
