On Saturday we took MrsKettle’s nan (in 90s, from Essex, thinks Farage is a complete idiot) to a park by a banqueting place. There was a wedding celebration going on for a couple in there where it looked like most were from the Muslim community.
There was security on the door and in the car park, for reasons exactly like this. At a wedding banquet.
Edl, contemptible moronic thugs, the people of Southport will not forget or forgive their actions last night. I hope the justice system reflects their abhorrent behaviours in their punishment.

I was hoping someone from the council would organise the Benny Hill theme music for them, as someone did in Liverpool a few years ago, but honestly a lump of masonry to the groin is better.

Claire is playing online Scrabble and the only possible word she was just able to play was “fuck”, she typed it in and deleted it about 10 times before she was brave enough to submit it!
Now she’s saying “omg, I can’t believe I did that, the other person is going to think I’m terrible! “
Now she’s added “nest” to make it “fucks”
She’ll have to tell them she’s a time-traveller from the 13th century when it was a perfectly everyday word. Explaining how she came to use ‘vaccine’ might then be a bit tricky though …
