Yeah, I had a complete brain fart with the above.
Anyway, for reasons that don’t bear retelling, the wife’s cousin and her boyfriend ended up in Peckham.
He is an older, very staid Luxembourgish man who likes classical music, photography and videography.
He’s just sent through his little video travelogue as he frequently does, and Peckham appears to have properly put the zap on his head
I don’t think he’s ever encountered graffiti, tattoo shops or indeed, anyone who wasn’t white.
All due respect to him for setting it to a drill soundtrack, but he deffo had to Google that one.

Holiday house has a fairly eclectic set of books, including proof that there is nothing new in politics.
There’s a party going on at the other end of the estate that’s giving off very strong public school energy.
When was the last time you heard an enthusiastic chorus of “For he’s a jolly good fellow”?

Banksy, I like what he does, it brings a smile. However, if I scrawled on buildings and police property I’d have charges the length of my arm to answer.

Given what’s been going on across the country these past weeks, stencilling a few animal profiles on bridges & billboards doesn’t seem that edgy tbh, or I’m missing something.

I’m guessing the subjects and sites are chosen some time in advance so they won’t have anticipated all of the trouble. But it looks a bit irrelevant.
If by “questionable” you mean “dated”, then yes.
Otherwise, first was written by a respected senior Indian diplomat with real world experience of the matters at hand.
The second encompasses a very broad church of thought from far left to moderately far right, and throws in god-botherers, ahead-of-their-time environmentalists, and few I’ve never heard of for good measure.
The second dates from wiser times when it was thought important to be informed about a wide range of potentially conflicting ideas, rather than 2024’s moronic meme-driven social media echo-chambers.
To read a thing is not necessarily to endorse a thing.
