The shit that does merit its own thread

Also away.

This is what happens when you think you are testing a business process as opposed to actually using it😁

That time the link back to production wasn’t quite severed completely and the traders exploded, demanding the head of Trevor Magic who had taken over, and subsequently cratered, their positions.

They were even less amused when they were told it was actually Magic Trevor.

Kinda feel that belongs in the ‘Beautiful Things’ thread

Long lived bit of graffiti. The Rudolph nose has been removed by city workers (and the sign swapped for newer) a couple of times over the years, but mostly in place since the 80s.

You must live in a nice place, most of the signs I saw in Texas had bullet holes in them (or in NY / Long Island had been flattened by drunk drivers)

Canuckistan.

Ah more British than American

Coming to London in October 2021 :slightly_frowning_face:

I find it irritating that I have to register for these things and pay a tenner, I think it is, for my EV. They could just look it up and see it’s exempt, but they don’t, they make me jump through hoops for a journey I might make once a year.

Currently, a Euro6 diseasel doesn’t have to do anything.
Vehicles that conform to the regs (actually) don’t have to do anything. Those of us who do the right thing will always cough up.
The reality is; because the law is written in such a way as to require any prosecution to be based on a set criteria, (if you don’t register) yet your vehicle is allowed, you can’t be prosecuted.

Fear is a great tool to extract money.
