No, my Mum was Ceoliac and got ‘sliced bread’ on prescription without any special contacts, you basically just needed a proper diagnoses from a hospital consultant and the GP would sign it off.
(Bread was not a very good description of what the gluten free shit actaully tasted of, it was barely palatable toasted)
I never understood why people with Asthma had to pay for their inhalers.
Apart from the cost to the NHS.
No, it was crap. She used to get a bread mix which tasted somewhat better but had the texture of sponge cake. The pasta was corn based and actually not that bad.
You have to allow 1.5 metres between the side of your car and a person on a bike.
So in any case on a lot of UK A & B roads you can’t overtake that person safely (or without scaring the shit out of them) if there’s oncoming traffic.
Hence if there are several people it’s easier & quicker for you to overtake (and safer for them) if they ride two abreast as the line is half the length.
The people in that photo are all over the road (& pavement) and are therefore twats.
The worst of this is that the US is so massively influential on the rest of the world so their behaviour is absorbed and adopted almost everywhere, even when its obvious its not a good thing to be doing.
