The Wonderful World of Turntable Design AKA: Dave's Fugly World Of TT Wank

Nice looker

What arm is it?

I also have this NEAT copy of a Gray broadcast arm that came with it, I may in the end use that to keep it authentic.

The arm in the pic is a NEAT pro arm from the late 60s / early 70’s. Later vintage than the TT.

While I am at it I mighht as well put the current collection up. This is an old steel platter Lenco with again a NEAT arm this one more readily available, they come up on ebay G20. One more to go after this.

Finally my Goldring G99 with another but rare NEAT arm.

Yeah, I’ve always loved the arms on them, look a bit like an FR 64 on steroids.

New Techdas Air Force Zero:

Impressive, huge, ugly and $300,000. Oh, and still based around a rubber band!

I would assume it sounds 2040% better than a Technics SP-10R, but I’m not holding my breath…
