hahaha there’s a complete Linn cunt on pfm (david ellwood) who blindly worships anything from Linn. He’s there now desperately trying to defend the £9k for a plywood plinth

Bedrok is Panzerholz apparently. I’ve got a Panzerholz plinth for my SP10. Feel free to approach me with offers in excess of £5000, I may let it go. Deck and arm not included.

yep plywood

Crucially, it’s German engineered plywood.

The witless Linnfucks will buy it in droves.

Because imbeciles are a thing.

His arguments seem relatively reasoned, unlike a number of others on the thread.

A steal at £9K. Exudes quality.

Nice to see that the finish is @BobC quality

I recall Simon Mears saying how difficult a material it was to work with & how it ate tools.

Is that compressed dogshit?

I refer you to the coffee bean thread and the sound of the knock, nothing wasted

Lol, a few layers of tank wood for nine grand. A few hundred quid plus machining costs, nine fucking grand! On top of which it’s a fucking suspended TT and the Arm and berng are fucking connected. Am sure they have done their homework and measurements are available, backed up by calcs.

Either that or they are just relying on the work done by Catweasel and others or perhaps they are just jumping on a bandwagon.

Hifi, it’s a mental illness sometimes.
