Today I have mainly been V2.0

Jenny passed her test when she was about 48, 5 years ago and I put her on our car insurance as the main driver, cost about £400.

Being an outlaw. Real life can get to fuck for a bit :slightly_smiling_face:

a good suggestion , will look into that

At Murrayfield. Great seats at the front of the upper stand on the half way line.

Murrayfield?
They have the wrong posts and the 22 yard line should go right across the pitch.

final testing on two Voyd PSUs, from either end of the timeline…

a late split phase psu with new sand bits and full re-cap, and a very early one which needed almost a full rebuild to change the psu and power amp circuit to something similar to the later one.

drastic measures taken for the early unit as it appears to have had a history of at least 3 previous episodes of self destruction. It was a total dog to work on due to layout and lack of space

The Hearts v Celtic semi final was moved to from Hampden to Murrayfield as a result of both Celtic and Rangers having Europa league matches last Thursday meaning that both semi finals had to take place today.

…short of inspiration due to an excess of Meh! Then I read this positive message:

I feel inspired now…

Replacing the LCD screen and digitiser on the kids WiiU remote with an in pieces, no instructions, eBay rip off. Lots of swearing and coffee breaks but managed to get the old one out and worked out how to assemble the new, vaguely similar, new one. Got it all reconnected and have been kicking the shit out of them both on super smash bros all afternoon.
Result, only £20 for the screen and digitiser also came with a needed tri blade screwdriver.

Youtube video would be useful for us mortals to share the expletives and coffee breaks. :grinning:

Went for an all you can eat breakfast, sorted records and CD’s back into the sideboard, washed the car, that kind thing.

I guess that means the little one’s out of hospital now ? Or do they let you do this kind of thing on the wards now ? If she is out then that’s Good News :+1: !

Thanks, yes she’s home. That’s why I’ve not been on here much recently, trying to juggle childcare while both me and the wife try to remain employed has been extremely tedious. The good news is her cast should be off in a week as her bones healed quicker than anticipated.

well rain is forecast so been out gardening and weeding most of the day while its reasonable weather

watching the utter chaos in my house. There are plasterers in the dining room and hallway. The painter is decorating the new family bathroom prior to second fix plumbing and electrics tomorrow and Thursday. Much demolition on the first floor for the new ensuite and walk-in wardrobe (my Strayan insisted on this, I wanted a turntable and DAC instead :unamused:). The fireplaces went back into the top floor bedrooms after reconditioning. We also had many roofers outside because of a teething problem with the roof!! There were 10 tradies here at the peak of the rush. The noise was phenomenal…as was the amount of tea and biscuits they consumed!
