I like blinds …, I mean shutters
So much this.
Preferred curtains unless it’s an ultra modern place. In fact I hate blinds.

Today I have mainly been at the cinema watching the new Mary Queen of Scots film. Bloody brilliant.

My wife lusts after plantation shutters. I fear they are incoming
we are heading in that direction- the destructor cats have now been through 3 pairs of curtains and two lots of pulley mechanisms in three years
upstairs we have gone to powered blinds to remove the temptations of pulley strings…
Guard your wallet. I just paid for plantation shutters for a 3 story house. Sadly, 2019 will be another year without Kondo…

yes i swear i have heard my daughter in law saying she wants to put in these trendy new shutters on the new upvc windows when they arrive 
all i can think of is all the holes in the upvc if they ever get removed !!
