Fucking gardening. Managed to tame my front garden and get myself covered in little slicings of plant from the mower and strimmer. Amazingly, my light blue jeans were returned to blue after washing, from a green hue.
Helping a dear old friend move from his flat in Edgware to a lovely detached bungalow in Eastbourne. He’s 78 this summer so well into dotage. His last years will be down here so we can keep an eye on him.

…packing my bags. I’m off to Lisbon to watch a couple of Dead Can Dance gigs in Lisbon on Thursday and Friday. Back late on Saturday hopefully rested, fed and mildly sunburned. I’m not expecting much from the gigs as they were shite on their last tour.

A few hundred quid to fix your old car is money far better spent than a few hundred quid on some banger that you don’t know anything about. And the grief of buying used cars, fuck all of that.

Just bought an 07 mini cooper for a runaround to replace the 13 year gangbanger. No idea if it’s any good
