Nervously eyeing the rather substantial trench for the neighbours garden hut , after a year and half of their shenanigans it’s a bit worrying. Oh and the 2 foot plus high patio they just announced

No idea if an inspector came yet , but they did finally manage to get planning permission after trying to build it with none . !
