It’s only 43kg, so minimal effort required to maneuver it off the kitchen worktop this morning. I’d definitely not recommend gluing the 2 pieces together on the garage floor, much easier doing it well above waist height, inside with low ceiling lights above the work area.

As flat and level as I could have hoped for, so worth it. Sanding and planing will have to wait as it’s piss wet outside today.

This morning Louise calls down to me asking for a plaster for a small cut on her finger. I look in the cupboard and can’t find them.

She then tells me she has some plasters in her overnight bag she used for her hospital stay…only Louise would take a supply of plasters with her for a stay in hospital…

Perhaps she wanted to get plastered in a place where she knew there’d be no drink

That’s terrible, but as it’s not a pun it’s hilarious and allowed :stuck_out_tongue:

Then what do you intend to do with it?

I’ll probably maybe buy it, its bigger, has less mileage and is more suited to family stuff than the existing ride.

Hmm…

Will it take a pair of speakers Dimensions (WHD), 350 x 640 x 440 mm / 13.8 x 25.2 x 17.3 …???

Haha, certainly more able than a Skoda Fabia!

It is to the Astra what Thunderbird 2 was to Thunderbird 1 :grinning:

Surprisingly un-rubbish.

I trust you kicked and screamed appropriately.

No, just pedalled and tried to keep up.
