Yes folks moan about new builds but old houses are a pain just finished painting and old cracked ceiling. Fortunately no nonsense anti crack caulk is marvellous and much better than the usual caulk

I’ve stood with a couple of hundred Panerai enthusiasts in Berlin, New York, London.
Ultimately though, it’s mostly about the beer and meeting old mates, much like any other forum get together.
And not forgetting the London / Big city thread ‘Where the fuck did that moped come from?’

About 8-9 years. The old lady who owned it previously ‘did the house’ up to sell it in 2010 and it languished on the market until we made a really low offer. We are now undoing all her ‘improvements’…
