Spent the majority of the last 24 hours accompanying the Wench through A&E and associated departments as we try and work out what’s been giving her major and excruciating stomach cramps for the last 8 days. Basically every test / scan and exploratory surgery has come back with no indication of what is wrong. All a bit concerning tbh.
