Thanks Paul - it’s frustrating not knowing but what can you do. I know it sounds daft but the worst thing has been kept off the bike for so long.
The commute into work yesterday was bad and it’s only 11 miles so it’ll be a good few months before I can get back to doing anything like my normal mileage.
You’ll get there Allan
Best wishes Allan
Thanks chaps
You will though
. All the best.

Today I was planning to run the Wilmslow half, however at 2.33am this morning it was postponed to some point in the future.
I guess I will still go for a run, need to do something with last nights carb loading
All the best Allan.
Looking after my 78 year old mother as her back went this morning. Hopefully, the diazepam she has just necked will help. I can at least WFH at her place. Just hope I haven’t brought any Covid-19 with me!
Amazed she has broadband, or are you linking your phone?
My 87 year old mother has broadband.
Respect, my Dad wouldn’t know what it was
She can surf the net, receive and send emails. View attachments. She’s very independent. The thought of staying in for 4 months is not at all appealing for her.
Same as my 85 year old FiL; he’s totally web, e-mail and smart phone capable.
She lost her partner of 37 years last August and I and my sister nagged her into getting broadband. I bought her a decent tablet for Christmas and she is now a Skyping Silver Surfer.
Today was meant to be a day of listening to music and model making. But because Lauren somehow managed to convince Claire that she should have an extra day off, it turned into walking the dog, listening to music at silly SPLs, cooking, bread making and inappropriate sci-fi movie day. It was fucking great.
