One of SiL’s “mums” was telling her about the “baby dragon” that lives behind and under the shed at the bottom of her garden.

SiL: it’s probably an iguana that’s been abandoned

Selling my house :grin: Went on the market at the start of the week and we have had 4 offers out of 8 viewings with 2 at asking price. Just hope whatever survey the buyer has doesn’t turn up anything dramatic.

Will you have to rent, or will you be able to go into the new house?

No hoping to be moving straight into the new place allowing for around 12 weeks for the sale to go through.
