Taking another step toward redundancy.
The company say they donât want to make any one redundant due to relocation.
I donât want to go, my manager doesnât want me to go, her manager doesnât want me to go.
HR are being cunts.
Monday will be the day.
Unless something changes I will be opting for redundancy and serving notice of a Constructive Dismissal claim.
I fucking hate HR, Intransigent cunts.

HR should be kept as far away from even the most utterly trivial strategic decisions as humanly possible, or without fail (or rather, with a great deal of Fail), they will damage any given organisation employing them every time. They exist only to build their own self-serving and disruptive empires - and generate endless staffing issues to keep themselves employed.

And that is why there is precisely ZERO chance of me ever trying to sell hand made guitars. You have to be ultra good to charge the money youâd need to cover materials never mind actually generate and acceptable margin to live off.
ÂŁ300 buys a super instrument, cnc production quality, overall fit and finish, are in a different world compared to just 20yrs ago. Not to mention a warranty and resale value.

Went to hospital for a PET scan this morning.
99.9% sure it will show Iâm now all clear of the cancer - should get a call next week.
Now making a massive pot of chilli, with mushrooms.
