No panels. A âclassicâ low pitched roof. Probably what you are seeing is the gutter above the verandah.
Tall ceilings all through the older part. Ceiling height is lower in the more modern extension.

Pretty much. Donât know much about itâs historyâŚyet.
There are lots of ârow cottagesâ in the southern end of the CBD. Many of them were Housing Trust, or accommodation for âjuniorâ officials.

Fighting with FedEx re: 2 cartons of personal effects collected from us 15/9/26.
Theyâre still in a shed in Feltham, UK.
We purchased Door to Door carriage through AngloPacific, a company we have dealt with several times and sent our Container load with.
They appear to have contracted the carriage to FedEx.
Received an email from FedEx stating that they canât clear Customs in UK because they areâŚnow get thisâŚPersonal Effects !
We know that you cockwombles ! It was clearly stated on ALL our paperwork.
Spoke to a numpty in Sydney about this and he just kept repeating, âWe donât clear Personal Effectsâ. Very fucking helpful !

The story so far .
When Lady Di and I came back from a winter break in Tenerife over Xmas. On the plane she said I want to move closer to the grand kids . . My I initial thought was we are 40 min away . Down the M1 .
Fair enough find me the house I said .
She has been looking for 9 months. ..
I have looked at a dozen homes âŚ.. not on your life will I move from what we have . Eventually I said you know what I want , you find it , I donât need to look at countless properties. Over the last 3 months she has gone bonkers . Fuck me she has found it .

I wanted a house to entertain ,in like have now . Bespoke . The house 
s not yet on the market ..
Met the builder today. We can do good business. Change a few things re sockets and the garden etc etc .

Lots of parking for bake-offs . All rooms en suite. fabulous main room for my Hifi .. snug for Lady Di. . And a really nice pub at the end of the lane .
. . And hopefully a few quid in our pocket once we sell .

20 min instead of 40 min , which at certain times of the day can be longer on the motorway.
When Lady Di asked me what I really liked about the house I said
1 Itâs underfloor heating overlaid with concrete which is a great sound absorber
2 There are no Radiators so my HiFi can go on any wall ,
3 The house is solar powered so I can leave the HiFi on all day .
4 The builder will put in additional sockets on whichever wall I decide to place my HiFi .
5 I like the kitchen..
