A trip to the seaside.
Nice, although I would prefer one of these.
Had to google it.
You could buy an actual solid-gold fag-lighter for what those things cost.
Protip: setting fire to shit is WAY the fuck more fun than robots that just stand there.
I got it a couple hundred cheaper than itās available. But it was still just short of Ā£600
I bought a £300 Certina off theifBay a couple drunken NYDs ago, which was a bit of a shock when it arrived as I was ~blackout drunk~ - but by some freakish twist of fortune I loved it.
Still took a hiding when I flogged it mindā¦
The SOYS thread argues otherwise.
shakes fist
Thanks to @Rob998 I got FoL1 insured on my car for only one limb. Tonight he drove me home and I only left shallow finger marks in the seat bolsters. Eek
I paid him to wear goggles and shout āBANZAI!ā every couple of minutes.
Please confirm.
Payment will not be forthcoming if the terms of the agreement were not met.
Today I said goodbye to my mum. She was 91 with advanced Alzheimerās but Iām still rather shell shocked, things suddenly went seriously downhill this morning and she died this afternoon.
Fortunately myself and my siblings all saw her today. Almost exactly 20 years to the day since my dad died.
A great start to 2023.
Sorry to hear that.
My condolences.
Sad news my condolences to you and your family mate.
Iām very sorry to hear this. Thereās no consolation but that the grieving youāll have been doing for several years may now gradually come to diminish.
So sorry to hear that.
So sorry to hear that.
No matter how far away the Alzheimerās might have taken your mum, sheās still your mum and that loss is a very hard one.
Take care of yourself, now.
Graeme
Intellectually you know it is coming and you think you are prepared.
The reality is somewhat different.
Very sorry to hear your news
Take care
sorry for your loss, 91 is a bloody good innings.
