Celebrating my cholesterol results from a high of 7.2 five years ago down to a steady 5mmol/L for the past four, thanks to statins. Now after 12 months of daily dog walking down to 3.7mmol/L, I’ve celebrated properly with a Big Mac and two cheeseburgers a McFlurry and a Fanta, love to see what my blood results would be if taken now.

Actually, best to look at the total lipid profiles rather than just cholesterol levels.

found the new Chinese supermarket in town - got some lime leaves, galangal, lemon grass, chillies etc for the beef rendang later. Will flavour the rice with pandan leaf

Brings back memories of Malaysia…
I had a meal out on Wednesdays. Moderately hot curry. The waiter told my wife it was perfect food for the weather, it keeps you warm and “stops you getting ill”
I’ve been ill with a shitty cold ever since and hanging today! Roll on the rugby. And medicinal scotch.

been painting loft room and trying to calm it down as a bit bright surfacewise . putting up pics with insulation in etc and curtains overhauled . currently using those frugalhorns in there to good effect with an ancient but extremely good phillips integrated . my beloved is very accommodating with letting me do this really especially as our living room is filled with around rather too many boxes
All spot on, middle or slightly less of middle of normal range. Picture of bleedin’ health apparently.

Yeah
Refitted a new and better sized donut washer to the downstairs loo, it still drips but three drips per flush down one of the wing nuts total about 1/10th of a teaspoon-Don’t fully understand it but may have to resort to some silicone sealant. Will leave it a week to see if it fixes itself.
Also moved the large OB’s into the lounge for a few days whilst Claire is away!
Really need some longer speaker cable

In final death throws. I may not be able to post much longer
