You mean they see you coming, whereas the punch slips tidily into the shirt pocket until you’re comfortably within range ?

Grillworks have just finished building the largest self-contained grill in existence. Which is nice. 6 metres in length. Weighing 3.175 tonnes…

Adequate for Lopwell…

Been looking at replacing my chef’s and pairing knives. Came across this little number from a place my brother recommended in Sweden. Not sure how comfortable it will be (it’s just chord wrapped around the base metal, but that 60mm blade is very appealing.

Germ handle.

Bought a 170€ funnel today #niche

Piece. Of. Art. :hugs:

Saturday kitchen a couple of weeks ago showcased such a funnel when making Pasteis de Nata, it looked very slick, I am reliably informed.

Ah yes, it would be suitable for dropping custard into tarts. It’s a piston funnel, so has a trigger activated start / stop function. This one I’ll be using for potting jams primarily, so it’s 3.3l and has a 15mm hole at the bottom. After that you get into commercial risers which are 2.5k and upwards.
