Strange, I have worked on hundreds of sites, from newbuild to returns, multi million pound projects to domestic extensions over the last 50+ years, and I have see precisely 3 carpenters Festool. The majority use DeWalt, Milwaukee or Bosch.
Holiday sites I presume?
Oh, oh stop!!! My sides are splitting
I occasionally help out a friend who is a staircase designer/maker on site mostly in London and my experience over the last 10 years has been more and more using Festool so just my experience, you have plenty more so there we go.
Oooooh who is cranky today? You sound like a man in need of two weeks inā¦
Wormwood Scrubs?
I canāt afford to go anywhere, canāt get the money back for the fucker I was supposed to have gone on in March
MARCH!!!
But I did have a nice fat cheque from Boris this week
You Sir are a drain on the exchequer.
Well played!
Already got one:
Albeit the fuckerās broken-down at the mo. With a total of nearly 5 acres garden and paddock, I genuinely need something considerably bigger⦠Working on Sam to acquire something like this -

Tradies donāt buy the likes of Festeringtool cos they know their vans/garages are going to get robbed-out by pikeys at least twice a year and that insurance is a cuntsā game. End of.
Today I like this one because it has an induction motor.

I have only ever met one, and he was all Festool, complete with the carry trollies and other stuff.
His van was also extremely shiny, had a chrome exhaust and alloy wheels. For the avoidance of doubt Iām DeWalt until the fuckers die, then Iāll go Milwaukee for a change.
But Iām not a carpenter. Alloy wheels and chrome exhausts on work vans are for cowboy wannabes
Absolutely NOT a carpenter.
Which is why they all buy Festool; comes with 3 years warranty AND 3 years theft cover as standard
Actually this describes exactly one of the guys I know , a neighbor of mine and heās always in his van re arranging it all.
Iād like to read the terms and conditions.
