Tools you have bought/desire

I have a fair few wolf garden multi tools, decent quality a bit pricy but they have the advantage of taking up much less space. Metal handles are longer lasting and lighter than most offerings

Dakota is reasonable, without being too spendy.

Quite! Had a good bloke who backfilled what I was too idle/feckless/incompetent/inefficient to do, but he’s had to pack it in due to age and sciatica. Gutted if I’m honest, poor sod’s got nothing to fall back on in his 70s.

Looking for someone at the mo.

…and for what incredibly little it’s worth, my back’s been fucked for 30+ years, all the rest has now joined-in…

Classic Sod.

I just spent an hour working out that the mitre saw I want is the DeWalt DWS774. And there is basically nowhere that has it in stock. Arse.

Anyone used Its before?

I’ve never heard of them. But they are much cheaper.

I fancied that one.

Or this one.

But then I bought something else entirely. As usual.

What did you get?

Well I’ve bought it. Not quite such the amazing bargain I thought once the VAT was added, but still cheap

An old elektra beckum because it’s beefy and uses an induction motor I can easily service at work.

8" blade? That’s the same size as the circular saw you borrowed. Sure that’s big enough?
