I thought it was a decent shape, and 1,800 sq ft sounds pretty good but the floorplan shows ~1,100 sq ft. Are they counting a garage or something? Anyway, even in move-in condition £1m for 1,100 sq ft is a bit of a leap.
edit: much of Camden has always struck me as being unhindered by progress. The area around Camden Town station is a war zone on any given night.
