It’s an odd place. I’m not surprised that there are all sorts of weird shared ownership, leasehold issues.
Originally it was a super socialist utopia, the flats are very small with little in the way of amenities because of course you go and eat and drink communally with your fellow left-leaning intellectuals in the “Isobar”.

I live in a Housing Co-op and we did consider approaching Camden back in the day but decided too complex/big a risk. Hard to remember it had been derelict for many years before it was eventually restored.
