So this place is literally just around the corner and our place overlooks the fields at the back of this particular property.
We ummed and passed on this when I think it sold in 2019 for about £530k iirc 
Although I have to say they have done some nice work to it in the last couple of years, a lot of the original features have been removed in favour of ‘contemporary’ styling 
We decided too many bedrooms but the downstairs space and listening room potential were tempting…

That’s quite the price rise…
Its hopeful that’s for sure. Would be interested in what this actually goes for. The location and size etc is about on the money in the current market when prices around here are going up pretty sharply.
When we saw it in 2019 I did say to Hel it was very very underpriced and had a lot of potential…
That would have been an amazing buy.
I would think the right of access for the two adjacent properties would be interesting
Its a steep price rise, but it looks like they have gutted, extended and rebuild, so obvs trying to claw back quite a bit

Running costs would be fun though

Man, that is going to be expensive to buy and probably just expensive to sort out properly.

On a gated estate? Looks like google street view has no view of those streets.
Troubling (to me) amount of Union Jacks & ‘Lest we Forget’ remembrancing bollocks and for that reason, I’m out.
It’s not Bob. It’s some legacy shared access which is one of the things that put us off as well as too many bedrooms.
Knock down walls to make fewer, bigger bedrooms
