From the outside that looks pretty much identical to our first house which we bought about 30 years ago. I hated it.
Or for £100k more you can have this, with the unstated added advantage of a building site right next door that has been going on for years.
Edit: to be precise, the ongoing building site where someone knocked down these and is building a hexagonal footballer house in its place by the look of it.
