Note to Stu :: was no freebies except a tote bag
Sorry joys of crappy internet added text shouldn’t be there
That was the room I’d have been interested in.
The W8 are perfect in my room, the W11 are just a lot bigger!
I’d have been quite interested in a comparison between those three speakers.
How did the Midland Audio room Sound Micky? Devores & Lebens can sound ‘comfortable’.
Yes did sound ok I mainly heard Jazz “neighbourhood on ECM label …but they had a crap lp o at one time it sounded mixed up
That was probably my favourite, but then I like comfortable
All Audio note
A bit of nostalgia! Reproduced I know but showtime
I struggled to like the content that was being played, too much hifi demo and not enough music IMO.
There were good sounding rooms and in general I found the levels being played a bit better (i.e. the rooms not being too over-driven/boomy) than usual.
Elo tracks on vinyl + a dedicated fans arm
£60.000 speakers Tad CR1
You can demo these at Reference Audio in Whitton Essex when the new store opens later this month
No freebies, no show.
Do the clowns running these things realise I’m down to my last few pens, post it notes and t shirts let alone fans.
It’s been a baron 20 months since my last show.
It’s a commercial hifi show so comes with the territory I’m afraid.
