my tablet does, it is by far the most reliable browser on it.

not a cache problem - win10 and popup notifications leave the site insecure.

I’m investigating - other sites I have used that have moved to https, that I also have Win10 notifications switched on don’t have the same problem.
Obviously the issue is your tablet.
chrome is reporting blocked content.
Edge is fine on my Win 10 desktop, with the AA, but I don’t use it.
Works fine for me.
Chrome here, no issues.
