Trump could try naming him as acting head of the FDA. He used that trick in the final couple of years of his first term to avoid confirmation for some of his appointments.
More likely heâll just make Kennedy an âadvisorâ to the White House and avoid questions of confirmation altogether.
He didnât have any issues getting some pretty nuts folk confirmed last time, and he has even more control over the House and Senate now. I doubt getting RFK in would a challenge. (From memory, itâs just the Senate that needs to confirm appointments)
And the fact that he thinks itâs just some mom and pop operations producing things like hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin

It isnât mom and pop labs of course, but I suspect that with hydroxychloroquine it could be. If the precursors, and maybe a catalyst, werenât too hard to get hold of then I imagine an undergraduate organic chemist could assemble some in her basement. Itâs the same molar mass as fentanyl and that can be cooked up in a place like this (the Home Depot buckets are a nice touch)

Would that finally be a clean break from the Obama, Hillary, Biden, Harris dynasty of Democrats & their 2008 electoral offer? Could they resume taking an interest in the working class voters they offered nothing to this time around? The campaign geeks who made millions of dollars spending the billions raised on misplaced political marketing wonât be happy. Maybe not co-opting the Cheneys next time would also be smart.
