Want to try a 211 amp

Goes for anyone. Absolutely sick to the back teeth of it.

You can by the LM 211 already 240v from China.
When I bought my Doge 211 mono’s I dealt with the company.

I had a Mr Liang 845 and I shat myself every time I switched it on!

How the fuck do they make that for just over a grand?

  1. 5 billion people in China.

Mr Liang sources the parts :grinning:

This is another Chinese amp. but with 845 tubes unfortunately.

Ok, labour and parts are cheap in China, but 35kg of ‘parts’ and made using point to point wiring, it’s still some achievement to make it for beer money.

How do you manage it, Dave?

A minute ago that was a picture of the amp. Now it’s a link that doesn’t work

And now it’s a pic again :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Sorry Paul I just added more info.

Have you got a link for that one?

Don’t apologise man, I’m only having a bit of fun

Went with a Line Magnetic LM-518ia in the end, it should be around £2k including import duty and shipping etc, he did offer an option to ship it “tax free” but would take 2-4 weeks to arrive and is frankly a bit dodgy for my liking.

Is that the same as the LM845ia amp that is on the LM eu site? Or is it like the 211 version @chelseadave posted?
Looks nice, I hope you like it though I won’t hold my breath :grinning: (still not sure why you ditched that lovely SJS p/pwr)
Pics and review when landed are required :+1:
