He’s giving King Gizzard… a run for their money in terms of releases!

Sure seems to be.

So when I picked these up today, there was this too. 1973 Spaceship label

Oh well…

This morning I was trying to recite to myself what the first six Sabbath albums actually are. I got five straight off the bat but Paranoid actually took a few seconds :grimacing:

Getting oooold.

It will come on sunday

Very curious, is this pressing worth the extra money?

Popped into Black City Records today on their 5th birthday.

Probably depends what the ‘extra money’ amounts to. I got mine for less than £50.

It is exceptionally clear sounding. Some tracks sound a little more different from the OG, most noticeably on side one.

It won’t change your life but its very good.

Ashore by June Tabor

Contains the second best version of Elvis Costello’s Shipbuilding, but given that the best is Robert Wyatt’s version that’s a VERY high bar.

Excellent.

Don’t want the limited red effort so I’m sticking with the generic black.

(Bleep website has crashed due to this !!)

Finally was able to pick up the mono RSD 2022 reissue of this at a very fair price. Delighted.

As of this weekend, Mrs horace and I have survived each other’s company for a whopping 30 years, so we are in Scotland celebrating. I bought her some jewellery, and she encouraged me to have a browse in Green Cat records in Dunbar, where she bought me the following:

The Lucinda Williams is a very pleasing find, as I had no idea it was available on vinyl.
