G&T made with Martin Millers Westbourne strength and garnished with Bergmot (we bought two today and they are a weird citrus fruit, a bit like a perfumed lemon)
Cool. I have never actually seen one, despite liking the smell in various things like Earl Grey.
I’d never seen one until I wandered around Narelle’s Italian cousin’s small holding. Ugly suckers. They are extremely aromatic and fill the air with citrus.
Most Bergamot is grown in Calabria. They serve them in everything from Fish dishes to icecream.
