That was really quite good. I was dreading what Cosi Fanny Tutti might do, but it was all fairly sympathetic. I’ll watch that again given the time.
Just seen the Guardian review, will watch it in iplayer
edit: 90+ mins later.
that is lovely
Love, Death + Robots on Netfix is really good.
Brilliant isn’t it, a little hidden gem
I’ll check that out, cheers.
Really enjoyed that.
Mare of Eastttown
Yesterday’s episode was excellent.
Monaco Formula E Prix.
The Remains of the Day. I’d forgotten just how good this film is. There’s one storyline about the appeasing gentry seeking a compromise with the Germans pre WW2 and the other about Anthony Hopkins the repressed butler’s unrequited love for Emma Thompson’s housekeeper. While it may lack the gravitas of Godzilla v Kong it is still a superb film.
Don’t bring Gravity into this.
Agreed, wonderful film. Probably the best I have seen Hopkins.
I’m looking forward to watching that.
Grand Designs
The house that took 10 years to build, by a master craftsman wood worker.
Amazing and beautiful.
That is a very silly film but all the better for it. I liked JB in Nathan Barley which is both memorable for its grotesque characters and increasingly relevant cynical take on the rise of digital media etc.
Tremendous programme
If you liked Undercover (which is great) then this prequel movie is definitely worth a watch.
