Anyone else in mourning for what ‘Silent Witness’ used to be?
Last night continued a downhill trajectory for me.
I’ll still watch it mind, and it’ll still be better than 95% of the other shite.

The production and acting crashes between great and cheap.
The reviews are all positive. I suspect the final opinion needs to wait for the reveal: WHITE.

New life in the wild (ch5 with Ben fogle). Ex US snowboarding champ bought 80 acres of Sierra Nevada mountain woodland and built a rock/wood cabin. Beautiful but modest cabin and he seems really nice.

If he hadn’t ripped off little people, stealing their pensions and homes, it would be almost funny, the sheer audacity and size of the fraud… but no.
But yet another example of how out of control Wall Street is and how (deliberately) totally ineffective the SEC is and how that affects the rest of the world
Just finished this. The concept of watching episodes in any order is a gimmick that perhaps is somewhat of a lost opportunity. The plot twists were reaching and often predictable. Meanwhile some of the acting was hammy. With all that said I was compelled, doable if bored 6.6 / 10
Detectorists special - classy, some superb understated acting. Filming and music creates a perfect atmosphere too.

Tulsa King… Beginning to wish Sheridan would focus on a few things instead of churning out series of increasing dross.
That’s said, started 1923 and so far so good, although it’s kind of a repeat of Yellowstone.
Having watched The Last Man on Earth with this scene where he pretends to know the film and thinks Tom Hanks starred in it, in our house any mention of Shawshank is met with ‘It truly was a Shawshank Redemption…’
Its a great series in its own right too.
I watched 15 minutes and gave up, didn’t watch the second part.
