Daft but really quite funny.
Made on a shoestring but shows what can be done with some proper talent and imagination.

Arrows.
Reminds me of last year, holed up in a remote cottage, with little else to do.
The 170 finish, and its timing, was brutal.
Was this in the cinema ?
great website for finding where films/tv is available
Forgot to mention the great architecture and cool soundtrack. Japanman portrayed at his best.
Which it was (in B&W) apart from the production credits and a strange TV interview scene at the very start. In German and occasionally French, subtitled, too.
Weird. Lynchian. Sort-of Eraserhead (but not so extreme) meets The Blue Angel. It wasn’t at all clear what was going on, nor did it look like it was meant to be. And it won’t help anyone with their A-level physics. They do make the mountains look beautiful, if forbidding, but they only manage to make Olivia Ross look a bit plain, which was odd.
Apple TV is apparently free 3rd-5th January.
So it is!
Now the small task of binge watching the new Slow Horses and Silo series.
Why do casting people think that Fassbender can do a yank accent.
SAS Rogue Heroes, season 2: OTT with several moments in Ep3 and 4 that were quite brilliant. The cream of the show isn’t the fantastical bravery or hammy lunacy (Both entertaining enough) but rather in the more human aspect of PTSD which is a direct hit in the feels.
Has anyone watched the new Squid Game? Not seeing any kind of buzz about it at all.
Finger on the pulse as always mate!
Elvis: The ‘68 Comeback Special, BBC 2.
Would have loved to see him in his pomp, or even in Vegas, baby.
Yep.
It’s good. But it’s only half way through. Next series is a wait.
Just watched Wolfs on Apple TV. First half hour is superb. Then it gets a bit meh.
It’s awful
Yeah, Amy and I have watched it. It’s good, a different take/story though (obviously).
Apart from the Public Enemy and Beastie Boys classical music bit… ( which I’m pretty sure was ripped off from Futurama).
