I love Terence Stamp’s suit. Not one of yours @Wayward ?
No, I made him one for Last Night In Soho, though. I’ve not seen either movie! ![]()
Big lapels DB, but you need to be, err, Terence Stamp to pull it off.
Same for LNIS, then! Might have been one of his own. The LNIS one was based on a navy db with broad shoulders and lapels, made for him by Doug Hayward.
I thought it was superb. Great acting from Amy Adams.
That’s old!
It was ok. Not so sure I quite liked how it played out.

Enjoyed this, Liam Neeson does a great job as Frank Drebin Jr. I was worried that all the good bits might be in the trailer, and while a few gags are a bit try hard, this isn’t the case and it’s (mostly) very funny and well done.
Kermode wasn’t a fan of it but he did say many of the critics in the theatre thought it was very funny.
He’s a bit of a knob though.
I watched the trailer and thought no way am I having Liam Neeson as Drebin. So that’s that.
It does have some funny moments. My memory of the tv series & subsequent films were that the jokes came thicker & faster but somehow in a less noisy, less jumbled narrative.
Some nods to the earlier films including a re appearance of the ‘nice beaver’ ![]()
I probably need to see it again to pick out all of the gags from the noise.
Looks like it might be a good one for all you SF lovers….
Looks more like horror than SF’
I have never watched an Alien film

Not for me. Saw this a couple of nights ago and thought it was a barely-funny mess. Confirmed by watching the original last night, infinitely better.
True!
I don’t watch horror films, I don’t enjoy shitting myself ![]()
You should remedy that, the first two are good movies. Especially if you like sci-fi, which I believe you do. The first one could be classed as a horror but no more scary than jaws or predator. The second one is more a big bolshy space marine movie but with a plot.
First one is in my top 3 movies of all time.
