- Something with Chow Yun Fat, probably The Replacement Killers because itâs an unlikely crossover between two of my top three heroes, the other being JĂŒrgen Prochnow (the last is Ken Watanabe)

Looks to be well put together by the guy who did Fargo and the last really imaginative Marvel series, Legion.
I expect 8 hours of âdread-coreâ ratcheting up the suspense and careful rationing of the xenomorph.
Out on Disney+ next week.

Last of the Mohicans for sure. The third is a bit more fluid - probably Goodfellas but could easily be another Michael Mann film like The Insider which is astonishingly underrated imo. Pacino pulls out a masterclass when it seemed like heâd descended into pastiche.

Seems Alien is available on Disney (they have all of them) so will give it a go.
I have seen Jaws but not Predator (for the same reasons I have never watched Alien)

Great movie. The score is absolutely outstanding, probably my favourite soundtrack of all time though daft punk tron runs it pretty close
FAO fans of decent Scandi noir. The latest season of Beck has just dropped on BBC i-player.
First two eps available immediately.

Heads of state (Prime).
For all it lacked, it packed. Funny in places, with action that grabbed my attention.
Solid weekend fluff.

That felt like such a waste of James Spaderâs talents - almost as bad as Christopher Waltz as Blofeld.
Mustâve watched this more than 10 times. Iâm hoping at some point theyâll put out an extended version that shows longer highlights of the sets.

Just watched this over the weekend. Found myself willing myself to like it because of all the positive reviews, but yeah, standard post-apocalypse sci-fi fare.
