I think all of the LS600h in the UK are long wheel base though, 5" more rear leg room than the standard LS460.
Same with the S-Class, LWB has 4" more rear legroom. I found the W220 smaller inside than the Lexus but the W221 is bigger.

This is a 600. The thing is to go and test the back seat ny sitting in it.
Its hard to tell on the photos. But the silver one looks like the SWB.
Maybe its only the executive packs that were all LWB.
