Rather olde Worlde this came in on a broadcast unit a while ago. It is probably the oldest 12" arm I’ve had in and does look suspiciously like an early Decca arm (I’ve only seen 9" late 40’s versions however) The arm is rudimentary to say the least but does come with some form of equalization? Anyone know owt about this farm fresh curio?

Do you have a shot of the underside of the cartridge? I’m guessing that it’s for 78s and they were trying to make provision for the different eqs the labels were using. I recently had a great evening playing some of my assorted 78s using that Aurorasound stage and a website telling me which settings to use. You wouldn’t have known most were even 78s once they were dialled in correctly.
