Appears that yet another Man Utd winger is in trouble for assaulting women. And the club are handling it as badly as previously. His contributions won’t be particularly missed although I doubt the club will be able to claw back his over inflated transfer fee any time soon. Yet the owners cling on, so little chance of the culture changing in the short term.

indeed, the comparison with City or Chelsea in that regard is not flattering to Utd, but obvs Pogba walking on a Bosman at the end of his contract doesn’t help balance the books either.

It’s bloody brilliant. Before every game I sink back into Scotland fan mentality, we’ll fck it up, lose a stupid goal etc, etc.
But at the minute we don’t, we are solid, midfield is phenomenal. McTominay going through opposition players tonight like a Terminator through cops. Probably the best Scotland team I’ve seen. Five on the bounce, top of the group, Euros here we come!

It’s a new era. This team finds a way to win even when they’re not playing well. Stevie Clarke knows what he’s doing. The players are brimful of confidence and played with a real swagger tonight.

As does anyone who has ever supported Scotland ever, over 13 years of age.
I’m glad the young supporters don’t have that glorious failure baggage, my mates young son has been at every game at Hampden for for the past year or two. He has never seen Scotland lose.
I can’t personally remember it, but can’t recall there being so much positivity around the team since 78. Hopefully we don’t see a repeat of that outcome.
Stevie Clarke has done something a number of far higher profile managers couldn’t. Made us hard to beat and full of confidence throughout the team, powering forward at any opportunity. Great to watch, England better watch out on Tues

With about 8 new, young outfield players, Lewes have had a difficult start to this Women’s Championship season but earned their first point against Birmingham yesterday helped by Sophie’s nice save in the 92nd minute.
