Six oz smokey brisket & Aberdeen Angus steak burger with hickory smoked onions & added bone marrow, done on me Le Crueset cast iron griddle + a couple of Bramley apple ‘n pork sossers. Chunky beef dripping chips & spicy beans zhioushed up with Chipotle & Anchoa chilli flakes, wasabi sriracha, cracked black pepper & Worcestershire sauce.
Hake topped with zhoug (corriander, parsley, gren chilli, cardomon, garlic, salt, olive oil) with daal. Wilted spinach and pea shoots. Served with crispy flat breads. And Gerwitztraminer wine. Absoutely killer. Great British Chefs recipe. Cooked by Abby obvs.
